Good news everyone, windows 8 developer preview is available for everyone, and the great impression done in the half a million downloads this beta version had hit was fair and in place. This new Microsoft OS reminded me of the great jump windows95 had made far from its predecessor CE-Based.
The new GUI in windows95 made a whole change in the concept of how our PC’s would be in the coming future.
Windows8 made me have the same impression.
Tested on 3 different touch screen computers, windows8, worked perfectly on all different kind of hardware, and despite of the fact of how early this version is, it is working perfect on all my 3 touch screen computers.
Bearing in mind this is the very early beta version of this OS, windows8 still have the old same desktop screen with the start menu in the lower left corner (with slight differences) and the same NOT-TOUCH friendly windows explorer that is kinda difficult to operate using the touchscreen.
